If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website, send us details of your requirements and we'll help you find a Plan to suit or help have one created for you.
From concept through to council consent we can help with part of, or all of the process very economically, giving you the freedom and flexibility of no building ties. You can take your concept or even completed consent wherever you want or have us Tender it for you.
New Concept Plan Designs
You may have seen the House Plan you love and would like to have your very own unique variation, or there is a blend of Plans and rooms you have dreamed up. Either way, upload your ideas, and for a cost-efficient fee we can have it converted to a detailed Concept that can be priced.
Who creates your Concept? whether Architectural designer or Registered Architect it depends on your needs and budget. The price varies based on the design and who completes it, we just help make the right connection based on your requirements. Consultation prior to meeting your designer, who you engage directly, is available.
Working Drawings
Detailed working drawing services are available, whether for Concepts from our Plan range or for your own design. We have it covered - for one-offs or full services for businesses.
Engineering Services
In most cases with home design there is engineering involved. This can range from requirements for site specific foundation designs or complex details to the many calculations needed for consents. We can arrange to take care of the lot for you, saving you time and worry about the technical details.
Council Consent
We can help take your Concept Plan through to competed council consent. Everything can be taken care of including Plan submission to answering RFI’s and communication with council.
