SM Build have over 20 years building experience working on a vast variety of projects through out Canterbury. Our skills are wide ranging as a result of completing many residential homes, alterations and commercial buildings. These projects ranging from multi story hotels within the central Christchurch CBD, to small spec home construction and even architecturally designed homes. With our teams unique skills we believe we provide a point of difference for our clients that is not currently out there in the market place.
